Yes, we are almost to the end of our cookies and our cookie blog-so sad! But, it is time to start our holiday baking so the cookies at the store must end! But, for our last week we have White Chocolate-Cranberry Cookies! Kind of beginning some holiday spirit with those wonderful cranberries! Hope you enjoy and make sure to come by the store to pick yours up. Remember-all proceeds go to The Wounded Warriors Project to help our returning soldiers!

White Chocolate-Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter softened 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla 1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c. sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
Beat butter in a large bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating until combined. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating well. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
